i couldn't agree more... FUCK VERIZON!
seriously, try calling them up to get in NY to get your Phones fixed... they run you around for hours and never do anything. They claim things like it's not on our end, and blame you. They give your info away to scam artists that keep calling everyday "on behalf of Verizon" claiming they can save you money. These scam artists get your account number and take on a commotion which actually raises your bill. When you call Verizon to tell them this is happening, they just make excuses and tell you there is nothing they can do about it, than they try to offer you vios... like seriously they try to ram this vios thing down your throat no matter what you call about. Their isn't even Vios available in Manhattan, but still they will waste your time telling you about it. I have personally spent more than 2 weeks trying to get my phones back on. They knocked the building down that's behind mine and we lost all our phones because of it. Verizon refused to do anything and said the problem is on our end. They didn't do anything till I threatened to cancel and go with another company that actually offers working phones. Than they sent some guy who claimed to fix it but didn't actually do anything other than mark down that he had fixed it. In the end we canceled with verizon and were charged a $200 for early termination.... a charge for early termination of phones that don't work?
