<p><a href="http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/" title="silk icons">Silk icons</a> are perfect for any web app and make your site look professional and more usable. I haven&#8217;t seen them anywhere else but would wager that they will become a staple on most open source web applications.  </p>
